There are few free video/audio transcribe programs, however, most of them has region limit, eg only free for Chinese market.

This is a newly founded transcribe service. Found in 2023. With modern AI technologies, it provides great price and value on providing transcribe service.

AWS provide many cool AI services. Transcription is one of them. So for the most affortable transcribe service provider in the market, cost only $0.02/mins; but it might be other extra cost, eg S3 bucket and ect.
A 60 mins MP4 would be about 200MB, and S3 cost $0.05/GB (including store, couple transfer per month), 200MB might cost $1.23 ($0.03 + $0.02 * 60).
However, AWS isn’t easy to use, you might need some knowldege on S3 to
create the object file. I wasn’t able to test it due to unexpected bug on the transcribe service.
