Why is it so difficult for fresh graduates to get interviews?

In the past year, many job seekers who are about to graduate or have just graduated have felt tremendous pressure to find a job. Often hundreds of applications cannot be exchanged for just one interview. Why is it so difficult for fresh graduates to receive interview invitations before graduation? The main reasons are as follows:

1) Lack of experience: Employers often look for candidates who have some experience in their field. New graduates often lack extensive professional experience, making them less attractive than those who have already gained relevant work experience through internships, co-ops, or part-time jobs.

2) Limited skills or qualifications: While new graduates may possess the necessary educational and theoretical knowledge, they may lack certain skills or qualifications that employers are looking for. This may include specific technical skills, industry certifications, or even soft skills such as communication or teamwork, which are often gained through practical experience.

3) Market and competition: Market job resources are the biggest factor affecting job search efficiency, and the resulting competition in the job market will become more intense, especially for entry-level positions that attract a large number of applicants (including fresh graduates).
